WIWW - I made this!!!

I am not a seamstress. I do not know how to sew. I do, however, turn on my sewing machine, try to find my inner Dana, Kate or Miranda (if you don´t know them, by all means go see how amazing they are) and try to sew stuff. I have 3 skirts in the works (I am an overachiever) and with some leftover fabric I decided to make pants. I read all Dana had to say about it (link 1) and tried (link 2). Since it was leftover fabric there wasn't enough for the entire leg, but I did a patchwork thing and it worked out. From the back, the right leg is printed with flowers and the left is purple. 

 Fun pants, great for summer heat (which has been rolling in around here).

I bought this gorgeous ring today... I am a very basic dresser (don´t let the fun pants fool you) and I love accessories that make an outfit pop. This ring was love at first sight. 

Off to a photo shoot... I´m loving these shoes (not that I needed to tell you that) and my Jo Totes bag is an absolute smile maker. It´s just so pretty.....
